Eduardo Ferreira is a seasoned expert in carbon and climate finance with over 17 years of experience. He was instrumental in establishing the carbon desk at J.P. Morgan during the Kyoto Protocol era and contributed significantly to the acquisition of EcoSecurities, the world’s largest carbon firm at the time. At the World Bank, he developed a strategic carbon strategy for the Paris Agreement compliance market and was pivotal in mobilizing substantial funds for pilot projects. Recently, he led the Latin American office of Climate Impact Partners, a global leader in carbon offset project development. Mr. Ferreira holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Oxford.
