Bachelor in Biology from the University of São Paulo (2004) with a focus on Human Ecology. Master in Environmental Sciences from the University of Sydney (2008), with a focus on energy and climate change.
He worked as a technician on CDM projects to generate carbon credits in 2005. Founding partner and Environment Director of OSCIP Green Initiative for 2 years (2006 and 2007).
He was project coordinator at the Center for Sustainability Studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – GVces from 2009 to 2011, where he oversaw projects related to the corporate management of climate change and ecosystem services.
He coordinated the climate dimension of the BM&F Bovespa ISE in 2012 and the development of the ICO2 methodology.
Certified trainer in the GHG Protocol methodology by the World Resources Institute – WRI in 2011.
WRI consultant for the development of the GHG Protocol for agriculture between 2012 and 2014.
